Post-concert reception at Palazzo Trissino-Baston with the artists

Following the Budapest Festival Orchestra’s concert, our guests will be welcomed at Palazzo Trissino-Baston, thanks to the generosity of the Municipality of Vicenza. Designed in the late sixteenth century by Vincenzo Scamozzi, one of the leading architects of the generation after Andrea Palladio, the palace has been the seat of the Municipality of Vicenza since 1901. Its elegant façade and historic rooms make it a fitting place to continue the evening together.

We are particularly pleased that the Municipality has embraced the festival and is opening this important historic building to its friends. It is a wonderful expression of the close relationship that has developed between the festival and the city.
